Curry is a seasoning typical of Indian and South East Asian cuisine characterized by a rather savory flavor, bright hues and exotic aroma. It has been said of late that curry, whether in its wet (i.e. mixed into sauces or made wit ghee or palm oil) or dry form, can lower one's chances of developing certain types of cancer, heal ulcerative lesions and lower one's blood pressure.
Curry is essentially made up of a number of spices and herbs, and not necessarily of every item listed below; in order of importance:
